Note from the Photographer:

2007 -- Unfortunately in the past month, I have noticed images
from this website being reposted to other, general photography
websites with the weblogo removed. I have also been
contacted by a professional printer about images from the
highlights gallery images being submitted for printing (some
with the weblogo removed). While these incidents are minor
and isolated, I do not want it to become a larger problem.
For all
future galleries, images in the highlights gallery will have a
weblogo diagonally over the center of the image. Images in
the full galleries will be marked "PROOF". I hope these
changes alone will be enough to keep the pictures on this
website from being used for other purposes.
I hope
this change does not distract too much from the photographs and
from the intensity shown by the athletes during their
competitions.

purpose of this website is to be a showcase for my photography
hobby, and for sports teams in the Plymouth-Canton area.
Acceptable uses:
-- Photos are available online for
public display.
-- Professional prints, and digital
images, of the photos may be ordered by the athletes and their
families.
-- Any photo from the highlights or the
full galleries is available to local media, and to official
school publications, at no charge. (Just send me an
email.)
-- School and team booster clubs are
welcome to use the photos from the highlights gallery for their
publications, websites, and other team promotional activities,
at no charge. (I can remove the weblogo for you.)
Unacceptable uses:
-- Photos are not to be reposted to any
website, including general interest photography sites and
MySpace profiles.
-- Images from the website may not be
sent to a professional photographic lab for printing.
-- Commercial usage of photos is not
allowed without permission
-- There are no CD compilation sales,
and no photo sales to 'third parties'. (Though everyone is
welcome to view the photos online.)
