I have been an avid photographer since May 2003 when I plunged into this hobby once I saw that digital photography has finally come of age.  I think of myself as a fast learner, but as anyone in photography can tell you, there is a lot to learn!  This website is also my first entry at 'providing content' into the World Wide Web.  My first event was photographing runners participating in the Plymouth YMCA Father's Day run in June 2003.  As a fellow runner, I would eagerly anticipate what the race pictures would look like though I often discovered that a tired, sweaty runner wasn't always photogenic.  Since then, I have been working with other sporting events including football, soccer, and swimming.  I enjoy the challenge of trying to capture just the right moment, and then in seeing the person's face light up when I show them the picture. 

For my 'regular' job, I practice medicine at Plymouth-Canton Family Physicians in downtown Plymouth Michigan.  Family Medicine is the specialty of care for the entire family.  For children, we offer well child checks, school and sports physicals, immunizations, and treatment for the various childhood illnesses and injuries. For women, we offer gynecologic (PAP) exams, breast care and family planning. For all adults, we offer complete physicals and preventative health care, medical care for chronic conditions (such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or diabetes), minor surgery on the skin, and treatment for a variety of illnesses. And for runners, I offer my training in sports medicine, camaraderie, and my first-hand experiences with many running-type injuries.  Give us a call if you are looking for a doctor in the area!
